General Assembly
Includes all members and is identified by the bylaws as the highest authoritative body of the Edir.

Board of Directors
Nine elected Board members administer Edir activities and report directly to the General Assembly.

Executive Leadership
The bylaws describe executive and operational roles including Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Public Relations, Operations and Technology, and Accountant.

Auditors
Two members serve on the auditor team and review financial reports as requested.

Board of Trustees
Five Trustees provide additional oversight, including bank-statement review, grievances, and approval for expenditures over $5,000.
